You know Skylar Stecker from our April/May music issue and, of course, from all of her hit tunes spinning on Radio Disney. The super talented 13-year-old has been has been boasting her range with songs like "Rooftop" and "Hey," and you've no doubt been singing along, but let's be real: listening to the radio or your iPod isn't half as fun as actually going to a concert.
