We’re not saying you need to do a full-on workout each and every day, but spend some extra time moving and shaking this week.
Watching TV is a way that tonsa people spend time on their butt. Why not make the most of these minutes by catching up on crunches or doing some quick kickboxing moves?
Make other changes where you can, like walking to a friend’s house instead of asking your mom for a ride, or help chop veggies instead of sitting at the dinner table watching your ‘rents make din.
It all adds up, chica!
