Week 8: Celebrate Your Success
EATS Don't let the sweet taste of victory be literal all the time. Food isn't the only way to celebrate! Find other ways to treat yourself now and again (think new songs on iTunes, an at-home spa day with the girls, a lazy night of reading).
EXERCISE Take a victory lap. This week, do what your body needs. Maybe you need a break. Or maybe it's time to truly test yourself. Either way, figure out what's best for you. It's time to get in tune!
