Summer tends to go one of two ways: way lazy and lounge-worthy or so busy you barely have a sec to breathe. Our fab plan will boostt your confidence, tone trouble spots and help you live an all-around healthier life. All you need is a pair of solid sneaks, a kick-butt attitude and a willingness to get moving. Get ready to sweat, it'll be fun, we promise!
Week 4: Be Smart and Plan Ahead
EATS Pay attention to how you eat not just what you eat. Nosh when your bod's hungry, not just when there's potato salad in the fridge.
EXERCISE Bring along stuff so you can stay active on vacay. Camping? Toss a Frisbee, Wiffle bat and softball glove in the car. Beachin' it? A paddleball set, boogie board and older sneakers (for jogging in the sand). See if there's an activity the fam can do together, like renting kayaks, hiking in a park or hitting up a climbing wall.
