Have the kids make a card for their mom and/or dad. Have them list all the thing they love about their parent(s), write them down and let the kids decorate around the writing. The kids will have a TON of fun, the parents will be REALLY grateful, and you will get referred to other people because they won't forget you.

It's really fun because you get to hear what kids REALLY think of their parents. It really touches the 'rents to know that their kids love them and it's kinda nice to know that you helped make the people you were sitting for so happy.
