Summer tends to go one of two ways: way lazy and lounge-worthy or so busy you barely have a sec to breathe. Our fab plan will boostt your confidence, tone trouble spots and help you live an all-around healthier life. All you need is a pair of solid sneaks, a kick-butt attitude and a willingness to get moving. Get ready to sweat, it'll be fun, we promise!
Week 2: Enjoy the Best of Summer
EATS Take some time to hit up farm stands and enjoy the best of the season. If you're fueling up with nature's goodies, you'll be too full to overload on the unhealthy stuff.
EXERCISE If temps are scorching, don't exercise outside, especially during the hottest hours. Work out indoors those days. Strength training is crucial for toning up, so stay in once or twice a week and get buff!
