Think positive! What's your mantra?

Maybe you flunked your Algebra test or missed that shot during OT. Maybe you’re just having a bad day, or maybe you’re stuck in the middle of a fight. It’s easy to feel down, but did you know it can be just as easy to pick yourself back up again? You don’t need a stellar report card or a trophy to feel good about yourself. All you need is a li’l mental boost, care of Y-O-U.

 

Today, we’re talking mantras at GL HQ. What’s a mantra? It’s a saying that keeps you thinkin’ positive. Instead of thinking, “I’m not worthy,” or “My life stinks,” why not tell yourself the truth: “I’m really talented at [fill in the blank],” or “I have the best friend ever,” or “It could be worse. I’m grateful for [fill in the blank].”
