Nineteen years have passed since the third, and seemingly final, Indiana Jones flick. But having single-handedly protected the lost ark, braved the temple of doom and defeated the Nazi regime, Indy is back for a new and daring adventure.

Opening Friday, May 22, the adventure of Indiana Jones continues in the fourth installment of the series, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

Much like the time passing from 1989 to 2008, nineteen years have passed in Indiana’s world. It is now 1957 and the Cold War is at its peak. After returning from his most recent exploration, Indy learns that the government has been leaning on the University to fire him. As he leaves town he runs into Mutt, a rebellious young student who offers him a proposition: If Indy can help Mutt find the Crystal Skull of Akator, he can return to his job as the most successful archeologist in history. 

As Mutt and Indy begin their search, they quickly realize that they are not alone. The Soviet agents, lead by the beautiful Irina Spalko, are also looking for the Crystal Skull and plan to use it as they dominate the world.

Together, Indy and Mutt must find their way through the dangers of Peru and find the Crystal Skull before it ends up in the hands of the evil Soviet agents.
   
Opening to generations of Indy fans, this movie is expected to be one of the blockbuster hits of the summer. Another plus: an excellent date movie that your guy will actually enjoy. Shia LaBeouf for you, and action packed explosions for him. A perfect Friday night, right?
