Planning on twinning with your bsf for Halloween? Get ready to slay the spooky szn with your bestie with these on-trend—and iconic, might we add—costume ideas. (Psst, you can even put them together with stuff you already have lying around the house!). 

The Simple Life gals

Throw it back to the 2000's by dressing up as Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie in their Simple Life era. For Paris, grab all the denim (think: a corset or vest with a skirt) and accessorize with a choker and tall boots. For Nicole, pair overalls with a pink crop top and add a pitchfork or straw hat to complete the city-girl-meets-farm-life look.

Dressing up as the characters from Mean Girls? So fetch! Be a study in contrasts by going as Cady Heron and Regina George. For Cady, opt for a red long-sleeve and a pair of dark wash denim low-rise jeans. Complete the look with pink nails, black boots and minimal makeup. As for Regina? All you need is a pink pleated mini skirt, a fitted white top and a cute cardigan. Seal the look by carrying a "Burn Book" as a prop.  

Glinda and Elphaba
