We just curated the perfect Sunday reset itinerary
2024 in: Sunday reset days each week (bc you deserve it!). They're relaxing, productive and absolutely *essential* to starting the week on a positive note. What more could you want?
Follow along as we take you through what we like to call our ideal reset schedule—for Sundays, or really any day that you need a little self-care break!
Morning
9:00 am Wake up with the sun: On reset Sundays, it's totally *okay* to sleep in a bit and take your time as you rise and shine. Let the natural light enter your room and have a quick journaling sesh to set your intentions for the coming week.
10:00 am Fuel your body: Hyrdation is *always* key, so grab a big glass of water (detox water for added benefits and flavor!) and blend up a smoothie with all your fave mixings.
11:00 am Walk around the block: Now that you've fueled your body, it's time for exercise! For some cardio, put on a cute workout set and take a walk (or jog) around your neighborhood to take in the fresh air and nature views.
Afternoon
12:00 pm Trip to the farmer's market: Meal prepping and going to your local farmer's market is the *best* way to secure fresh ingredients for the week. Fruits and veggies? Check.
2:00 pm Cook up a snack: Once you return from the market, ofc you're going to craft a meal with the yummy foods you got! We're obsessed with nourish bowls, which provide all your vital nutrients in one (find some of our top recipes here).
3:30 pm Mani-pedi time: Who doesn't love a fresh mani-pedi? Head over to the spa, or paint your nails at home for that much-needed pampering.
Night
5:30 pm Lounge with a movie and dinner: Set up your coziest pillows and blankets to get relaxed with a feel-good comfort movie (we recommend The Parent Trap or The Princess Diaries). After, follow up with a balanced dinner and sweet treat for dessert.
8:00 pm Bedroom reset: Clean room = clean mind. Switch your bed to clean sheets and declutter your space so that it's ready for the next day.
End of the day
8:30 pm Everything shower: Sunday resets call for slow nights in, so everything showers are a necessity for a full refresh. You'll be coming out with the *softest* hair and skin ever!
9:30 pm Unwind for bed: In preparation for the week, the last step is a good night's rest. Unwind earlier than your typical time and unplug from technology by reading a book to end the day.
