How did Canadian Patricia Celan celebrate her Miss Charity British Columbia win? Not with a trip to Disney World or a press tour. Nope, this girl went out and raised over $10,000 for Cops for Cancer...and then she shaved her head. 

 

Patricia had been planning the moment for months. She pledged that if she raised the most money out of all of her pageant contestant peers, she would snip off her long ponytail. Check! No word yet if she has donated her locks to another chariy, like Locks of Love, to round out her crazy good deeds.
