Brother of mine,
Are you still doing fine?
Do you weep?
Since the medication is keeping you from sleep.

Brother of mine,
I know you are sick and I hate to watch in the sideline,
I can’t wait to see you smile,
Maybe when you’re healthy you'll say the pain was worth the while,

Brother of mine,
I know that life right now isn’t that kind,
Did you know I can’t sleep and our parents bite their nails each night?
Since we are just waiting for when the doctor will you are alright.

Brother of mine,
Can you please tell me what is on your mind?
I know you are shocked since you thought you were invincible and strong,
But I guess being young doesn’t mean nothing will go wrong.

Brother of mine,
I love you so much and I want you to get well even if it takes time,
I’m not going to leave you alone ,
Until you come home.
