Your Bod

What bra should you *actually* be wearing?

You probably have a whole mix of different bras in your top drawer (including these 5 essentials).  And while having a bunch of cute every-once-in-a-while wear is great, when it comes to supporting your girls, it's good to know what works best with your bod. Check it out.

If you're a AA or A-Cup: T-Shirt Bra

Contrary to popular belief, you *do* need support. While you can get away with going braless every once in a while for a backless dress, wearing something semi-supportive on the day-to-day will prevent back pain and (GASP!) sagging later in life.

Try this one.

If you're a B-Cup: Caged-back Bra

Featuring slight, natural-looking padding and a nice lift, caged-backs are some of the best full-coverage bras for mid-sized chests. Plus, they double as sports bras, so you can go from school to practice without a hassle.

Try this one.

If you're a C-Cup: Demi Bra

The customizable scoop neck design of a demi is perfect for the wide range of shapes and sizes that fall in the C range. The underwire gives the support you need without compromising cuteness.

Try this one.

If you're a D-Cup or above: Minimizer Bra

Don't let the name fool you. Just because your chest is bigger doesn't mean you need to hide it away, but a minimizer bra can help keep the stress off your back and make it easier to fit into tight-ish tops.

Try this one.
