5 YouTubers you need to subscribe to this summer for at-home workouts

Between learning how to drive, working as a camp counselor and traveling for vacations, it can get tough trying to make time to exercise. Luckily, you don't need to make time to go to the gym—because the gym can go to you!

This summer, get in shape by subscribing to these five *ah-mazing* fitness YouTubers and complete workouts ranging from pilates to HIIT to dance cardio all from the comfort of your own home, no expensive gym membership required (yay!).

Forget blood, sweat and tears, because all you need is a yoga mat, a water bottle and a positive mindset.

1. Chloe Ting

If you're looking for free workout programs and healthy food recipes, then Chloe Ting is your girl. With a whopping 24.7 million subscribers, Chloe Ting built up her huge following by encouraging her audience to be kind to their bodies and creating accessible workout videos with realistic, attainable goals. Her free programs focus on full body, abs, core and booty workouts with the option of including resistance bands and/or dumbells for higher intensity. Her latest program is the 2023 Summer Shred Challenge which is available now!


2. IsaWelly

If you're looking for less intense, mind-body workouts, then you should check out IsaWelly: a well-being coach and a registered nutritional therapist with 218K subscribers! Her channel has nutritional videos as well as many 20-minute pilates workouts for beginners, which are ideal if you don't know much about pilates and are in a time crunch. If you're a pilates expert, don't worry—she has plenty of upper-level videos, too.


3. Lilly Sabri

For the girls that enjoy doing full body and pilates workouts, Lilly Sabri is for you. She built her community of 4.48 million subscribers by creating a wide variety of real-time fitness videos that combine full-body HIIT workouts with pilates. The best part? Many of her videos are just five minutes which means you only need to carve out five minutes in your day to exercise! It may not sound like a lot, but trust us when we say that you *will* feel the burn after completing her popular 5-minute belly, abs and waist workout.


4. Emi Wong

Similar to Chloe Ting and Lilly Sabri, Emi Wong is known for her fat-burning HIIT workouts. As a certified advanced personal trainer, Emi Wong has workout videos targeting muscle gain and fat loss in nearly every body part—it's no wonder why she has 6.12 million subscribers! She also has many relaxing stretching videos in addition to the *best* dance workouts, which are great if you're looking for a fun way to exercise.


5. Eleni Fit

With a channel consisting of HIIT, dance and pilates videos, Eleni Fit embodies many of the same aspects as the YouTubers we've recommended above! She creates yoga, kickboxing, beginner pilates HIIT and standing cardio dance videos for her 571K subscribers. Her workouts also include the option of incorporating weights if you're up for a harder challenge.
