A 5-day ab workout for fitness lovers at every level
If getting more ab workouts in was one of your New Year's resolutions, today is your lucky day! Whether you are an exercise beginner or a total fitness fanatic, we have an ab workout for you. Try to repeat one of these videos every day for 5 days to start, and then see if you want to continue the workouts from there. You can follow whatever level you want, or combine elements from each to create your ultimate six-pack.
Beginner: MadFit
This easy no-equipment workout will only take 10 minutes out of your day. It's an interval workout where you do each exercise for 15-30 seconds with short breaks in between. If you get bored easily while working out, this varied sequence is *perfect* for you.
Intermediate: Blogilates
If you like your crunches intermingled with more Pilates-based moves, try this workout by Blogilates. It's a super fun challenge that will show you new moves and majorly burn those muscles!
Advanced: Rebecca-Louise
Follow along with this video if you are in the mood for a serious challenge. You'll get a step-by-step explanation of each exercise throughout the video, and although the pace is slow, you will *definitely* feel it after a few reps.
Ultimate: Pamela Reif
This video was filmed at a luxury resort in the Maldives, and if you concentrate really hard, it *almost* feels like you are there doing the workout alongside Pamela. This sequence is no joke, especially when it comes to the crunch holds!
