3 Ways to Get in Shape at Home

Yes! Your living room can totally double as a gym. The secret? It’s all about what Y-O-U put into it. Plus, having a couple cool tools around to boost your butt-kicking abilities always helps. Here are a few of our current faves:
 
Killer Kettlebells
If you’ve had a tough day at school, there’s nothing better than some old-fashioned weightlifting to blow off some steam. Kettlebells are no-frills, but help you tone up all over. They normally come with instruction booklets filled with fab moves. Our current fave? Grabbing onto a Kettlebell (hold it at chest height) and doing step ups on a bench or stair. Your butt will get in better shape fast, babe!

Ab-sculpting Pilates
In the mood for something a li’l more low-key? It’s all about Pilates, sweetie. You’ll perform tiny movements to work your core and carve out cute muscles. It’s fab for recovery days or when you don’t want to do a major cardio sesh. That said, doing some jogging or walking after you’re done will make you feel amazing.

YouTube Yoga
Obsession alert! We can’t get enough yoga and we were psyched to discover celeb yoga instructor Tara Stiles has a killer YouTube channel with plenty of how-to vids. The best part? You can pick your focus, whether you want something meditative for the morning or seriously sculpting to help get back in shape. Yay!
