"My go-to source for food, no matter where I am is farmers' markets," Shailene said in an interview with Women's Health Magazine. "It's obviously the most fresh, and it's also less expensive, and you get to communicate with the people who are planting the seeds and harvesting it themselves."

"It's been difficult—I almost went back to rehab for my eating disorder last summer," Demi told Fitness Magazine. "I was obsessing over food and terrified of it at the same time. Wilmer [Valderrama, her boyfriend] noticed and called me out on it, which was a relief. I was done being afraid of food and so tired of overeating and not knowing why I did it. Now I'm on a structured meal plan. I eat four small meals and two snacks a day. It's teaching me portion control."

“Working out (at SoulCycle) is like therapy to me," Chloë confessed to Allure. "I have to work out at least four times a week, otherwise I’m not a happy person. I just love the music, and the instructors are really cool. It’s like a self-help class. I’ve cried in class before. It’s a really special experience.” Photo Credit: Gigi Hadid

"I was a volleyball player for 12 years, I rode horses my whole life and now I box every day," the super fit model revealed to Popsugar. "Yeah, I think the biggest thing I always say is eat clean to stay fit, and then have a cheat day to stay sane."
