Twitch sitch

My left eye keeps twitching and I don't know why. It twitches like every five minutes and does it for about 30 seconds. It’s super annoying! Its been happening for about a month. Do you know why this is happening? Or how to stop it?

 

Hey babe! There are a lot of reasons your eyelid could be twitching, but lack of sleep, stress, staring too long at a computer or T.V. screen and too much caffeine are common causes. To rule these out, give your eyes a break, cut out the java and get some more sleep. If it’s still not going away, you should consider visiting your doctor because it could be the sign of a more serious problem. Good luck!
