We know breakfast tends to get a little boring. Regardless of whether you're rushed, tired or just plain out of ideas, you deserve an awesome breakfast. That's why we've compiled a list of 5 creative Instagram breakfast ideas and some tips on how to recreate them yourself.

This dish is a great way to start your morning. Just add some cocoa powder to your oats and BOOM! Delicious chocolate oatmeal. The salted peanut butter part can come from a big spoonful of your favorite peanut butter or peanut butter substitute. For toppings, cut up whatever fruit is in your fridge and dust with cinnamon.
2. Smoked salmon breakfast tacos

This breakfast is actually so much easier than it seems. While you're toasting a plain tortilla, scramble some eggs. Fill the tortilla with your eggs, place some pieces of smoked salmon on top with salt, pepper and everything bagel seasoning if you have it. Finish with a squeeze of lemon or lime and enjoy!
3. Lemon pancakes with summer berry syrup

Obviously, these pancakes are among the most perfect things to ever be photographed. And, while the at-home pancakes might not look as stunning, they will certainly taste delicious. Add some lemon juice and lemon zest into your normal pancake batter (along with a little bit of added sugar to balance it out) to get yourself some fluffy lemon pancakes. For the berry syrup, dig that bag of frozen fruit out of your freezer and dump into a bowl. Then, stick that bowl into the microwave until the fruit has mostly melted. Pour the melted fruit juice over your pancakes and dust with powdered sugar. Your taste buds will thank you.
4. Egg and tomato avocado toast

Presenting the perfect way to elevate your avocado toast. Poach some eggs (just about 6 1/2 minutes in boiling water then run under cold water until cool enough to the touch and peel) and chop up some summer-y tomatoes. Assemble your toast, making sure to let the egg yolk run over the avocado and finish with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lime.
