Perfect Pikes
“Lie face-up with raised legs until perpendicular to floor, feet flexed and hands lightly behind head. Lower right leg so it hovers one or two inches off floor. In this position, do 15 crunches, lifting chest toward ceiling and lowering back to start. Switch legs and repeat.” –Taira N., 13

“I listen to one of my favorite upbeat songs while I lay on the ground and do about 10 crunches. After about 10, I switch to side crunches. It makes me feel good about myself and, knowing that, I do more!” –Taylor N., 14

“My favorite is so much fun, you won’t even realize it’s an ab workout. Sit with your knees up and your arms around them. Next you gently fall back, then roll your self back up! Do about 20 a day.” –Kaitlyn G., 15
