Meet the feel-good version of your to-do list
Sometimes, especially around the holidays, life gets *really* busy. Between studying for your French final, wrapping Christmas presents and trying to find the perfect dress for winter formal, your to-do list is a mile long. And it feels like you'll never get it all done. It's downright overwhelming. But before you freak out, try making an "I Did" list instead.
It's exactly what it sounds like—a list of everything you accomplished that day. And we really mean *everything*, no matter how small or mundane it seems. When you feel like you have way too much to do and like you just can't keep up, tracking what you have done is a nice reminder that you are checking things off, slowly but surely. It's a great way to boost your self-esteem and confidence, because who doesn't love feeling like they've slayed their day?!
The next time you're laying in bed stressed out because you have so much to do tomorrow, consider making your "I Did" list. It'll change how you view things and put life into perspective. Turns out, you're probably doing just fine.
