6 must-haves for your gym bag
Dry shampoo/Travel size shampoo
Either will do, it just depends on your time and preference. But def make sure you have one of the two to spruce up your hair after a nice sweat sesh.
A brush
Odds are, your hair will be a mess when you’re done your workout. From moving around to sweating, there’s no doubt your hair will be in dire need for a brush. So don’t forget to stash one in your bag to tame the wild hairs before you leave.
Cleansing wipes
It’s good to wipe your face off both before and after you workout. If you have tons of makeup on, be sure to wipe it off so that your makeup and sweat don’t mix and clog your pores. Don’t forget to wipe off after either! You’re more likely to get icky pimples if you let your sweat sit on your skin for long.
Deodorant
Duh! Your body will continue to sweat for a little after you finish working out. Be sure to give yourself a good deodorant rub down to keep from smelling.
Concealer
You know, just to cover up any blemishes should you be making stops between the gym and home. Running into your crush post-sweat sesh at the grocery store? Yep, doesn’t have to be awkward!
Change of clothes
You could shower, put deodorant on, and wash your face, but none of it will matter if you leave the gym in the clothes that you just worked out in. The sweaty smell on your clothes will linger, and putting dirty clothes on after you’ve just cleaned yourself up will only call for another shower when you get home.
