Absence makes the heart grow fonder
One day I was walking into school and felt particularly good
that day. As I rounded the corner I saw one of my guy friends jumping up and
down and waving at me like crazy! I was happy because we hadn't talked in a
while so I mimicked his and jumping, waving and smiling. He continued to do
this and I laughed. He smiled and called out, "I missed you.” Huh? He
missed me? That's when I followed his gaze to his girlfriend behind me. He
glanced at me like I was crazy so I used my backpack as a cover and bolted.
