Not the leg up I was hoping for
I was spending the day on a boat with my family and our family friends
who I have known all my life. I have a major crush on their older son.
So, I was talking to him in the bow of the boat, as well as dreamily
staring at him, when my mom came over and said out loud, "Jennifer, don't
you think Todd has great legs?" I didn't know how to respond, so I just
mumbled, "I guess so." After that, he acted really awkward and couldn't
stop shifting his legs. There goes my perfect moment.
