I was at an end-of-the-year party with my boyfriend at the time. He was the only person there that I knew. It was open mic and I decided to go up there and sing his favorite song. I sang my heart out and sounded really good, actually. When I found him later and asked him what he thought, however, I discovered that he was in the bathroom the whole time. Darn!
