My school had a spring recital, but it was at a church I had never been to. I was going over my song in my head when I heard my teacher (who is a guy) say, "The bathroom is this way, guys." I followed him and some of my classmates into the bathroom. Only when I walked inside the men’s bathroom and my teacher started yelling at me when I realized he meant guys, as in boys! I was so mortified and have never been able to live it down.
