MAKE IT CUTE
This is for all you carb– o–holics out there! Get your pasta fix without getting a grain gut …you know, the bloated feeling you get when you pound pasta or bread. Try out this noodle-rific recipe.
2 packages of cheese stuffed Tortellini
1 can black olives
∏ pound cherry tomatoes
1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts
1 block of mozzarella cheese
Salt and Pepper
Cook pasta according to directions and set aside to cool. Cube mozzarella cheese and cut tomatoes in half. Drain artichoke hearts. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Drizzle with olive oil until everything is lightly coated but not sopping wet. Add in some balsamic vinegar for a little zest. It doesn’t take a lot. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve cold.
