In the new book Little Miss Red by Robin Palmer (out today!), the novel’s heroine Sophie Greene isn’t exactly what you would call daring—she gets nervous changing the color of her nail polish. She’s just your typical 16-year-old girl living in the suburbs dreaming of a more exciting life than just after-school SAT prep.
