Mark your calendar! This summer—Aug. 3 to be specific—you can feed your dystopian movie obession with the newest movie, The Darkest Minds. Your favorite book by Alexandra Bracken is coming to life on the big screen. For those who haven't read the book, here's the rundown:

Teens are mysteriously gaining new powers, and the government is not a fan. The people in charge start putting the kids in camps to monitor their powers. Ruby, a 16-year-old girl with the strongest powers of them all joins a group of runaway teens in hopes of finding safety. The close-knit group forms a revolution, collectively  using their powers to regain their society, and fight for their future. 

And as if that storyline wasn't good enough, Amandla Stenberg (Everything, Everything), Mandy Moore (This Is Us) and Gwendoline Christie (Game of Throne) are starring! We're already planning what snack we'll be munching on during the premiere.
