In the four years since Disney XD's hit show Lab Rats first premiered, we've watched Chase, Adam, Bree and Leo face off against some crazy foes, but in tonight's special one-hour episode, "The Vanishing," our favorite bionics have just one more mystery to uncover.

When all of the Bionic Academy students go missing, the team takes on the responsibility of figuring out exactly what happened—even if it means going up against enemies they've struggled with before.

The episode, airing tonight on Disney XD at 8:00 p.m., is the last of the Lab Rats: Bionic Island season, but definitely not the last we've seen of our bionics. In just under a month, Chase and Bree will be back—and teamed up with Mighty Med's Kaz, Oliver and Skylar to form one super show: Lab Rats: Elite Force.

"My favorite part about filming this episode was having all of the key characters working together to fight what could be our most wicked villain yet," dished star Billy Unger. "I think viewers are really going to see the effort put forth by the cast and the entire crew of Lab Rats: Bionic Island to make this episode as intense as it is. The performances and stunts were taken to another level."

We also caught up with stars Spencer Boldman and Tyrel Jackson Williams to find out their favorite episodes and lines from over the years.

Spencer Boldman

Favorite Episode: I loved filming the finale episode. It has a little bit of everything - comedy, drama, action and awesome special effects.

Favorite Line: "Ma'am, you're standing in it!"

Tyrel Jackson Williams

Favorite Episode: My favorite episode to shoot was our "Space Colony" episode. Simply because it was such an enormous episode with a lot of unique moving parts. It was a challenge but I enjoyed it.

Favorite Line: Pretty much any line involving sarcasm.
