Chomp Cherries to Relieve Soreness
Ever get super sore muscles after a tough workout? A new study may have found the cure to help relieve those after-exercise pains.
Recent studies found cherries and cherry juice have a unique blend of antioxidants and other elements that actually work as an anti-inflammatory agents and help keep pains to a minimum. Health experts said that eating a handful of cherries, especially dark cherries, or drinking a glass of cherry juice after a workout might reduce sharp pains and increase health and muscle tone.
