Stop Your Stressin Stat!

Leading a less stressful lifestyle will totally help you down the road. The latest way being more relaxed can help ya out? According to a recent article by CNN, dementia (when the brain starts to lose some of its ability to function—a prominent example is Alzheimer’s Disease) is less common in outgoing people who stay busy and stress-free.

In other words, going out and filling your schedule with hobbies, sports and even gabbing away with your gal pals could be hugely beneficial in the long run (dementia is most common in older people). But staying relaxed and stress-free was an important piece of the puzzle, too. If adding another element to your sched is gonna make you frazzled, skip it!

So, take a deep breath before freaking out over that huge math test next week and learn to kick back just a bit more.  Reduced anxiety is totally your friend, so balance keeping busy with relaxing with your girls.
