We've talked about bans on sugary snacks and soda in schools. Turns out, those limitations are leading to extra healthy habits in kids. According to the Washington Post, a recent study found that banning junky snacks in schools caused a 3% increase in the amount of fruits and veggies kids ate. Weirdly, the kids they followed ate better-for-you foods at home, too, not just in school
