Yesterday the National School Walkout took place, an event that gave students and teachers the opportunity to stand up to say #Enough is enough. Across the world, schools took part by walking out to protest gun violence in America and grieve the 17 lives lost in last month's school shooting in Parkland, Fla.

Thousands of students participated and some skipped school altogether to walk in marches, powerful signs in hand. They came prepared to share their thoughts on why they feel the U.S. needs gun reform.
