In her home country of Pakistan when Malala was 15, she was targeted and and shot by the Taliban because she was advocating for her own and other girls’ education. Since recovering, she has grown even stronger and more dedicated to her cause. Supporters from all around the world stood by her as she healed and then continued her fight.
Today, Malala is an outstanding spokesperson and activist for girls’ education all around the world and has also co-founded the Malala Fund, an organization aiming to empower girls like you and in developing countries to reach their full potentials and spark awesome changes within their communities through secondary education. Malala has inspired exciting changes and so can you.
