You won't believe what this Florida school made this young girl wear!

Being the new kid at any school means two things: Time to make new friends and wanting to dress cute the first week. But even though making a fashion statement is part of feeling confident, could your BTS outfit get you into trouble at school? It did for this Florida teen.

New resident to Orange Park, Florida, Miranda Larkin, had her own fashion statement in mind on her third day at a new school. Miranda, a sophomore who had just enrolled at Oakleaf High School, was pulled aside by a teacher who told her that the skirt she was wearing was too short.

After being told her skirt went against the dress code, she was sent to the nurse’s office where she was told to change into a "shame suit” (aka what the school calls thier dress code violation outfit)....uhm what? That's when Miranda realized she had to put on a neon-yellow t-shirt and red sweatpants that had “DRESS CODE VIOLATION” written on it (yup, that really happened).

So how much more horrifying can this story get? Well, just hold on it gets worse...

Miranda was so mortified from the incident that she broke out in hives! That's when she decided to text her mom a pic of what she had to wear...and lets just say she wasn't very pleased with what she saw. Her mom was so upset that the administrators made her 15-year-old daughter wear such an embarrassing outfit so now, they are both fighting back!
