School tries to ban Hump Day video. Not on our watch!


We thought Geico was doing pretty good with the gecko and the witch in the broomstick factory. Yeah, that was 'til they brought out the camel. You know which camel we're talking about. The Hump Day camel. Uh huh. We're going there--and so are a bunch of middle schoolers in in Connecticut.

In fact, one group of kids started mimicking the (OK, kind of annoying) camel character's Hump Day schtick so frequently that their school administrators banned it. Yes, really.

It shouldn't come as much of a surprise that the ban hasn't been entirely successful...or supported by much of the community. We say let Hump Day be Hump Day. After all, it comes just once a week--and besides, Geico's bound to produce another silly commercial soon, right?

For the zillionth time, we give you Wednesday's favorite animal. Happy Hump Day, darlings!
