Ready or not, here she comes! Bridgit Mendler is a woman of many talents. ICYMI, she recently posted a life update, and a few facts might surprise you. And basically one thing can sum it up: This girl has Done. It. All.

She started out on Disney Channel

Bridgit Mendler is a former Disney Channel actress who got her big break on Wizards of Waverly Place, where she played vampire-slash-Justin's-GF Juliet Van Heusen. But she's probably best known for her starring role as Teddy Duncan on Good Luck Charlie. She's also appeared in movies like Lemonade Mouth and shows like Undatable.

From Disney Channel to the recording studio

In Lemonade Mouth, Bridgit was featured on two singles on the soundtrack—which led to her studio album, Hello My Name Is... (Tbh, you've probably bopped along to her iconic singles, "Ready or Not" and "Hurricane.")

In 2013, Bridgit announced that she was attending the University of Southern California. Shortly after, she got her master's degree and a Ph.D. from MIT. The next year, she enrolled at Harvard Law School. 

Last month, we received a post from Bridgit saying, “k sit tight for news.”

And although it was not the music renaissance most of us hoped for, we're so here for it: Bridgit recently revealed on X that she is the CEO of space startup company Northwood Space, which produces ground stations, aka antennas on the Earth that connect and send info to satellites. (Umm, is she the real-life Barbie?)

After posting her biz announcement, Bridgit revealed that she is a mom to a now 4-year-old son. She started fostering him around Christmas of 2022. She posted to X, "I’m so lucky— being a parent is the biggest gift and most defining experience there is." Is there anything she can't do?
