Your official Easter brunch fashion guide
With spring break in full swing and Easter right around the corner, finding the perfect fit for the big day may be weighing heavily on your mind. Of course, there's your go-to sundress and sandals—but didn't you wear those last year? Branch out and try some jeans (or is that too casual)? We're here to help you elevate your look for this Sunday so that you can win the egg hunt—and look great doing it.
Stick to the classics
"Florals for spring? Groundbreaking." How do you make a floral pattern actually pop (enough to impress even Miranda)? Try to incorporate an overall color scheme into this classic look. Yellow and white daffodils? Try a bow in the shade of sunshine. Purple and pink pansies? Grab those salmon kitten heels you've been saving for just the right occasion.
Try some ribbon
Move aside headbands, the new accessory of the spring is here. Bows have always been a dressing-up staple (velvet for fall, silk for summer), but there's never been a better time to style them. For an Easter brunch, try tying them at the ends of your braids or in mini ponies with your hair half up.
Add a pop of color
After the dull skies of winter, spring emerges with bright pops of eye-catching hues. Take full advantage of the season and make your look a little more vibrant. Hot pink, lemon yellow, neon green and sky blue are just a few of our personal faves. Pair your bright piece with a more muted top or bottom (we can never say no to white eyelet).
Throw on a cardi
While the sun may be shining, that doesn't mean there still isn't an early spring chill in the air. Add a dainty cardigan to complete your sweet fit (bonus points if you coordinate it with your florals or hair ribbons). Whether you opt for a lacy shrug or pastel button-up, you'll be sure to look cute *and* stay warm.
