New York Fashion Week is an event that gets everyone talking, from the celebs who line the seats at swanky shows to the bloggers on the internet eager to analyze style hits (and misses). But it's not just what's on the runway that makes a statement—vibes are *just* as fashionable off the catwalk. We’ve rounded up five different super cute street styles that you can recreate yourself this week.

 

What we love about this outfit, taken outside of the Lacoste show, is the accenting colors. Recreating this look is *incredibly* easy! Caroline Daur took a simple black leggings, white turtleneck combo and added a roomy jacket with matching glasses. The jacket and glasses give this outfit the perfect pop! 

 

Tiara Johnson took the elegance of a cape and added it to a trendy sheer top or bodysuit. By donning a high waisted skirt and a pair of above-the-knee boots she proved you can rock multiple trends at once.

 

Caroline Issa wowed in this pairing of a super soft, loose-fitting turtleneck with a cute tartan skirt. The red in the skirt matches the raincoat she used to top the outfit off, giving it a feel that is both professional and playful. 

 

This outfit is the perfect balance of girly and edgy with the fuschia jacket and the leather beret. What really sets it apart is the tough girl studded accent on the skirt and those to-die-for patent leather boots.

 

Total Gossip Girl vibes here. Who would have thought to pair a trendy leather sunhat with an elegant party frock and then slip into a pair of low-key ankle boots?
