Ah, our old pal denim–reliable, resillant and almost never goes out of style. We've been all but living in our shredded denim cutoffs this summer and right now, celebs are giving the trend a modern reboot via denim skirts, shirts, jackets and jeans. And they're showing us you don't always have to play it safe. For example: if you ever thought you couldn’t do denim on denim, think again. It’s super trendy and these jean-crazy girls are here to prove it.

Karlie Kloss looking super cute in her Canadian tuxedo, pairing jeans and a denim shirt together in the same wash and looking hip as ever. 

Serayah was seen looking oh-so-summery in a crochet halter and loose fitting jacket for a laid-back look.

Skai Jackson even sported denim on denim on a red carpet, proving that denim can work for any occasion. 

Alli Simpson is fulfilling all of our jean dreams with her trendy skirt and jacket combo. 

But the full denim trend can be somewhat daunting. If you're not up for the challenge, you can style denim in other ways too. Check out how these celebs are sprinkling just a little bit of jean into their looks.
