How cute is Donna W., 17, the winner of our 2015 model search and #HairGoals star of our April/May issue's "Band of Braids" feature? We bet you'd never guess that this was her first-ever beauty shoot for a magazine—she looks *incredible.*
Donna's clearly a total pro. As a graduate of Barbizon Modeling Schools, she learned all the skills she needs to make it big in modeling world. And when we met her onboard Barbizon's Passport to Discovery cruise in October, she was taking her career to the next level by putting in face time with industry pros, showing off her *amazing* dance skills in the talent showcase and having an awesome time.
We couldn't resist Donna's too-cute freckles and confident charm on the runway—and though there were tons of talented girls onboard, we just knew she had to be in GL.
