Ed. Obsession under $30: Summer skirts

 
Towards the end of summer, when I’m so tired of wearing all my shorts and cutoffs day in and day out, I find myself reaching for a swingy, soft skirt. There’s something ultra-feminine about slipping on a skirt that no matter what you pair it with: a cute tee, strappy sandals or slip-on sneakers, you’ll always look like a lady. Which is just nice sometimes, you know?
