Ed. Obsession: Fringe frenzy


It happens every year. Something about the warm weather releases my bohemian spirit, and I suddenly feel succumbed to layer on all my turquoise jewelry, head scarves and flares. Since it’s not quite summer just yet, I won’t go into full-on boho mode right away, but these fun fringed finds are satisfying my inner hippie
