You may or may not have heard about the great #leggingsaspants debate happening at GL HQ. Whether you’re on one side or the other, we can all admit it’s time to scrap the usual leggings and sweatshirt combo and try somethin’ a little more daring. Stick with your fashion rezzie and go for a totally different go-to get-up! Check out these four simple styles that’ll bring your leggings into 2013 with a bang.

Crazy clash

Go bold with a patterned pair of leggings under a different pattern top. Try and keep both of the pieces in the same color family and don’t go overboard on the accessories—this look is a statement all in itself. Keep the shoes neutral to draw attention to the clashing patterns.
