Carried off - An original poem
Carried off
A flash of white and I'm carried off,
To the free land of the wild in the crisp autumn air.
One brush of a hand and I'm swept away,
To a warm summer time in some future day.
One wisp of heated breath and I am baited,
Into your soul and through your heart.
It takes just one look to see the ocean blue,
I'm in the sky with one glimpse of you.
You need only what you are to be a robber
