I just got my period. Will my breasts keep growing?
I just got my period, but my boobs are still really small. Does that mean I’m never going to grow again?
Hey babe! Getting your period is a huge deal. It means your body is developing and growing into a woman. Part of being a woman (that most women love) is having breasts. This doesn’t mean that you need to have huge boobs to feel like a true woman. Small boobs are totally normal.
On average girl will begin to develop breasts two to three years before her first period. Once you get your period, though, your breasts will continue to develop as the rest of you grows and matures. Many girls’ breast size changes throughout high school and even college. While your boobs may stay small, there’s no telling when you’ll start or stop growing, so embrace the body you have now…and the one you’ll have in the future!
