Food baby bloating whenever I eat

Every time I eat something I get a huge food baby! My stomach tends to bloat really easily and it doesn't matter what I eat or how much I eat. By the end of the day, I feel extremely uncomfortable and just want to sleep. Help!

Owwie. I feel your pain, girlie, ‘cause a few months ago, that was totally me. Chronic bloating is a sign that something is wrong in your digestive tract, so you need to go to your doctor for a chat and an examination. You might even want to go to a doc that specializes in gastro-intestinal problems.

There are a bunch of things that could be wrong. You might be allergic to one or many of the foods you’re eating. You might not be ingesting enough fiber. The only one who can tell you what’s goin’ on in your tummy is a doctor, so get yourself to your physician’s office, stat! Once you discover the problem and work out an answer, you can say buh-bye to your food baby.

Need a short-term solution? Try eating whole foods—fruits, veggies, meats, poultry and dairy products. Ditch frozen food and fast food and cut out as much processed stuff—like chips and candy—as you can. That might help get your gut back on track.
