Celeb Trainer Ashley Conrad Spills on How to Stay Motivated

Always abandoning your exercise plan? We hear ya. It’s tough to stick out training, especially when you’re not seeing instant results. We chatted up celeb trainer Ashley Conrad who shared what kept her pushing herself as a super-sporty teen.

“I think that the most powerful thing to do is have an image board. I always had picture on my walls of people I aspired to be like. The best thing to do in terms of motivation is to remind yourself what you’re attaining to be. Going through tough basketball practices, I would aspire to be like them. It makes all the blood, sweat and tears worthwhile.”
