Can I mix normal products with prescription acne medications?
My doctor prescribed Zineryt for my acne. I want to buy
some regular skin care products, too, as part of my skin care regime. Would I
be allowed to do that? I know that with some prescription medicines you can't
take anything else and I was wondering if this was the case with this product.
Please help!
Babe, this is really a question for your doctor. Ask your mom for his office number, dial ‘em up and see what they say. Chances are one of the nurses could answer your Q pretty quickly. They should also be able to tell you which cleansers and moisturizers would work well with Zineryt. In the meantime, using a simple cleanser like Cetaphil should be just fine.
